Code of Conduct

Welcome! This code was adapted from a pledge from The Positive Coaching Alliance and is used by coaches from a variety of youth sports across the country. Communication is vital to the success of our program so your input is welcomed. If you have any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to contact me directly!

What follows is a Code of Conduct and pledge for all of us to use. Please become familiar with it and help everyone involved in this program do his or her part. Trainers and parents have a responsibility to provide the best possible experience for the children in our riding program. There is a framed copy of all three pledges in the lounge so that we can abide and be inspired by them.
